I was thinking of calling this roundup of ideas for the noon time meal “School Lunches.” But then I thought better of it. It’s not like everyone in a family goes to school. In addition to being about kids and getting them involved in the kitchen so they don’t take a backseat to their nutrition, SPC is also about the family as a whole. You can bring these lunches to work. To the park. On a road trip or a business trip (Just Say No to plane food!). It’s how we roll.
